Details:
sdl_dirty_rect() rework:
- Rename if to dirty_sdl_rect() to avoid confusing sdl -prefix
- Turned rect parameter to a pointer; no copying of structures on call
- Made dirty_rect() to call it instead of having the same functionality
duplicated
- Turned rect parameter of also flush_rect() (one of the callers) to a
pointer
