Details:

Multiply worker task wants 100-fold, to make space for higher granulanity in
the future without having savegame compatibility issues.
Worker task want is part of common, i.e., it's *not* default AI want, nor even
advisor want. While there's no gui for it currently, it's likely that the
value will be used and adjusted even in client-side in the future. There's no
plans to turn it into floating point number along with AI wants. Threaded AI
needs to convert from AI want to worker task want. Having the same value on
both would lose the gains from turning AI want to floating point number (which
is made especially to make sub-1 values different from 0). By multiplying by
100 when converting to AI want to worker task want we can keep usefull
granularity in integer too.
Worker task want was not part of savegames in 2.5 so when this change is made
before 2.6 format gets frozen, there's no need to convert from any old format.
