Details:
Currently Wonder cities do not build defenders for themselves. Selection of
defenders is skipped with a code comment saying that "others can build
defenders for us". That's a nice idea, but *someone* should build the
defenders even now that such co-operation between cities has not been
implemented.
Attached patch makes wonder cities to build defenders like any other city.
A bit related:
In general, I finally understood that major problems AI is having with some
rulesets are due to wonder city concept. It's a concept that usually works
when there's plenty of cities, but the fact that one of the cities is always
the wonder city is causing trouble when number of cities is low, to the
extreme case of AI having just one city and that assigned as wonder city
though it would desperately need a city without such restrictions. Also, when
AI is not the leading player or for some other reason not getting wonders to
build, wonder city restrictions are just holding it back for no benefits at
all.
