Details:
The editor has several limitations compared to manually edited savefiles.
Simply loading a manually edited scenario to the editor and saving it risks
losing data that editor is unable to carry over from loading to saving.
This patch adds support for scenario field 'handmade'. One can add
handmade=TRUE to manually edited scenario file that's known not to fully
survive editing in the editor. When editor is launched for such a scenario, it
gives a warning about the fact.
