As of today, we have 20 patches and 31 bugs targeted to 2.5.0 open.
That's still 51 tickets in total.
Of the patches 7/20 are "Ready For Test" and thus assumed to get
committed soon. Many of the other patches are of the category "art".
Of the bugs 5/31 are "Ready For Test", one is actually fixed in S2_5
(but remains open for other branches).
This leaves us with 38 tickets that are not yet even implemented
("Ready For Test").
