There seems to be much more to do in this area. As this is not an regression,
it's ok to leave it to 2.5.1 (that's to say that it's not a 2.5.0 blocker. I'm
not holding off implementing these things for 2.5.0 already if other things
keep pushing 2.5.0 release date forward)
