That's indeed translation problem - or translatability problem. Original text
has no accelerators neither in gtk- or qt-client, but their shared french
translation has.
Either:
1) If they were to use different accelerators, the original strings would need
to be qualified
2) Translations should not add accelerators where there's none in the original
("City Output" already has ctrl+w assigned to it, so having second accelerator
seems pointless)
