Details:
This is something I miss when working on S2_5 art tickets with compatibility
restrictions, and not wanting to spend time on unnecessary gfx editing (moving
sprites and parts of sprites around):
Support sprite grids with different borders in horizontal and vertical
direction.
Old 'pixel_border' still works as always, this just provides an alternative to
specify it by-axis with 'pixel_border_x' and 'pixel_border_y'.
No documentation added, as there was no place to add it (even existing format
is not documented). Will look into that in separate ticket.
