Details:
Free strvecs containing different data directory names on exit.
This is mainly to reduce noise/spam from valgrind reports. As such, my current
plan is not to mix 2.5.0 situation any more with it. I'll commit this to S2_6
and TRUNK soon, but S2_5 can wait after 2.5.0 has been released (Still want to
S2_5 for targeting server valgrind report cleanliness in 2.5.1)
