Follow-up Comment #1:
- Set glib deprecation warning flags separately for gtk2 (completely disabled)
and gtk3 (per min version requried by min versin of gtk3) code

This is no longer true with this change.
The only difference between S2_6/TRUNK and S2_5 versions is that since minimum
gtk3 version is different in these branches, so is the minimum glib version it
requires.
This is currently blocked from being committed by the fact that it really
uncovers some deprecated stuff in our gtk3 code, so -Werror builds fail with
it.
