Follow-up Comment #1, bug #23275 (project freeciv):
I forgot this one. Are we still in time to include in 2.5?
I upload a patch with the simplest fix, that I suggest: to change the
transformation from Forest->Grassland to Forest->Hills (in 24 turns).
I'm going to test right now what happens to savegames when this patch is
applied.
