Details:
When json-protocol is being used, the packet type is currently sent twice.
Once it's in the raw-data header (so that the header is identical to the one
used in raw-protocol) and second time as a json-field 'pid' (packet id).
Receiving end ever uses only latter.
Remove the field from the raw-header under json-protocol.
