spec (main, unicost, activities, and nuke) that can be broken into separate
files extremely easily."

Most major changes since GriffonSpade's last version were picked up by patch
#5840, but as well as reorganising, this picks up some minor graphical tweaks
that are already on S2_6/trunk AFAICT.

(I haven't tested this myself yet.)
