Details:
When middle-clicking on someone else's territory, you can get "Territory of %s
(%s) (%d turn cease-fire)". However, when in Armistice state, you just get
"Neutral".
It would be good to see "14 turn armistice", as this is one of the most
important effects of diplomatic state on mobility.
