Details:
Barbarians do select pillaging activity sometimes after they have moved, but
they never keep on doing it the next turn when they would have movement points
for it. The activity gets always cleared.
The same might be true for other AI units, but randomly pillaging would fit
barbarians' role better than other AI players.
Attached patch (untested in practice) makes barbarians to sometimes (50%) to
prefer continuing pillaging than to look for new (potentially more juicy)
attack targets.
