Follow-up Comment #1, bug #23309 (project freeciv):
It's included in translations/freeciv/POTFILES.in, though, at least on S2_5.
Austria is one of the 50 "core" nations. So its strings should be available
for translation in 'freeciv'. (I can't check now if they actually are.)
