Follow-up Comment #3, task #7887 (project freeciv):
As Jacob already noticed, the installer packages are ready now (with Qt client
at release location). I had to rebuild Qt5 in the gnuwin32 environment,
because the previous version was linked against libpng16-16.dll of the GTK+
3.10.4 bundle, which is now missing. So a gnuwin32 version number update in
the Makefile is needed before the next release (patch attached).
