Details:
I could use msgstr "None" qualified. For Finnish translation the best way to
divide it would be to have separate string for numerical ("None" = 0) meaning
from a special name ("None" tech)
Currently it has two TRANS: comments:
#. TRANS: No output bonus from a road
#. TRANS: "None" tech
