Ctrl-F invokes the find city tab. Typing the first few characters of a city
name should bring the cursor toward the sought city.
Actual behaviour:
The find city tab appears, and typing characters of a city's name works as
long as the first key does not also happen to invoke some unit action.
Instead, the current focus unit sentries (Strasbourg), brings up the
goto/airlift dialog (Tijuana), waits (Westminster) or builds a road (Rostock).
Interestingly, if the focused engineer is on a tile with railroads, the find
city dialog finds R-cities. And characters typed subsequent to the first in
the name correctly narrow the search, even if they are S/T/W/R/etc.
