Fullmoon 'make distcheck' fails:
mv: cannot move `../bootstrap/langstat.txt.tmp' to
`../../bootstrap/langstat.txt': Permission denied
That it attempts to move the file means that langstat.txt.tmp and langstat.txt
differ. Checking from the server, they do show slightly different translation
percentages -> either one has wrong values.
