Details:
As mentioned in bug #23412, "Max xxx" preset names can be a bit misleading as
they are *not* maximicing something at all costs. Attached patch renames them
to "Prefer xxx". Note that this primarily affects completely new installations
only - it does nothing to presets already saved to client settings.
