Details:
Currently, units' ability to transform terrain is documented by hand in the
description of the "Transform" unit flag. This means it appears in a different
place to all the other recently-added automatically-generated unit terrain
alteration help.
(This is a minor incompatibility, in that rulesets will not be able to run on
2.5.0 and 2.5.1 without either omitting or duplicating help in one version. I
think that's acceptable.)
