Details:
Compiling attempt with tcc aborts immediately to 'multi-character character
constant' due to FC_STORE_xxFLAGS in fc_config.h being surrounded by
single-quotes.
Attached patch avoids those single-quotes.
Not targeting to S2_5 at the moment as no "otherwise working" compiler is
known to choke on this. We may backport this if it seems like we can get tcc
to compile freeciv within S2_5 lifetime.
