Details:
Traits are not saved in an tabular format, and that's because the naming of
the entries. There's no number for the rows, but for the entries themselves.
S2_5 with frozen savegame format is beyond fixing, but let's make it to use
tabular format in S2_6 and later. 2.5 savegames just need to be converted at
the compatibility callback.
