Details:

History Report is built to statically allocated buffer. That buffer has
certainly been big enough when we supported maximum of 32 players, but it seem
very small for our current maximum number of players (160 in trunk & S2_6, 128
in older supported branches)
This is probably more complicated than just increasing the buffer size. It
then would not fit in to a single network packet. Luckily there's checks
against overflowing the buffer, so I think we don't have a crash but just a
report getting cut (well, if that happens in the middle of a multibyte UTF8
character, it's not completely harmless)
