A new stable release of Freeciv, 2.5.1, is available as source code for download.
This is a bugfix release; among the usual selection of fixes, several longstanding bugs in border and unhappiness rules have been fixed. See the full list of changes: <http://www.freeciv.org/wiki/NEWS-2.5.1>. At the same time, one final release of 2.4 code -- 2.4.5 -- has been made to mop up bug fixes from the past eight months or so.
