Follow-up Comment #5, bug #23348 (project freeciv):
This bug never existed. The code that was supposed to cause problems after
explicitly given path has been checked was in fact *not* executed in that
case.
It's all about the placement of an "]" - the default block of AC_ARG_WITH is
not only the one line setting search paths in that case, but all of the search
code belongs to that block only.
