About the schedule: I think we start 2 Months clock toward official d3f once
all the known format issues (dependencies of this ticket) have been solved -
so that no format changes are expected during that 2 Months period either.
That period just gives us time to find out problems in the formats before
announcing the official freeze to the custom content modders.
