Follow-up Comment #1, patch #6173 (project freeciv):
As Qt system headers conflict with freeciv code when -Wshadow is being used,
we can't set -Wshadow to CXXFLAGS just yet. But we can set them to CFLAGS, so
that's what the new version of the patch does.
