Details:
On first boot of 2.6 client, it migrates options as if they were from 2.5,
even if there was no previously saved options at all, but they are the 2.6
defaults.
Most noticeable this is with gtk3-client fullscreen setting for which
default/initial value is first adjusted depending on the screen size, but then
replaced by migration code.
