Details:
I never seem to get scroll bars on the large map for any free civ version
since 2.0.10. I reciently downloaded and installed version 2.5.1 on an old
windows tablet running XP Tablet edition, but still no scroll bars on the main
map. What am I missing? Is there some key combination I should be pressing
or a function button?
