Details:
I need to use following configure option to get ImageMagick support built in
to freeciv:
--with-magickwand=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ImageMagick-6.8.9/bin-Q16/
That's where MagickWand-config is (and that's not in PATH) I think we should
add pkg-config based solution for finding MagicWand.
