Details:
Qt-client seems to miss the possibility to save the options mid-game. It also
has no toggle to change 'Save Options on Exit', so if one has disabled that in
some other client, there's no way to get options saved within Qt-client.
I prefer to have 'Save Options on Exit' disabled so that not all my
experiments end up breaking my good setup, which I update only by manual
saves.
