Follow-up Comment #2, bug #23872 (project freeciv):
The usability problem here is specifically for the most authorized of users;
one starting the server. I hit this problem when loading a saved game with
'-f' and filling the parameter with (bash's) readline completion.
For the user connecting through unauthorized client there's no such problem as
one is not seeing the server-local filename.
So the fix can be specifically for authorized user (maybe even only for '-f'
case)
