We're trying to get this into the next Ubuntu LTS (Xenial).
Xenial "Debian Import Freeze"
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XenialXerus/ReleaseSchedule> is Feb 18th. Needs to
get into Debian testing => must be uploaded by Debian developer at least 10
days before?
However, we want to give Ubuntu Wily users who have only just met 2.5 time to
report bugs. (Wily released Oct 22)
