Details:
In supplied rulesets, Nuclear units have the "AirAttacker" flag, which gives
AEGIS a quintuple defense against them; but this makes no difference to the
outcome of a Nuclear unit's attack, which is just as devastating.
I propose removing the AirAttacker flag from Nuclear units, so that the help
isn't misleading.
