Follow-up Comment #12, bug #21314 (project freeciv):
So it seems that main-map drawable is no more, but the only canvas that gets
drawable assigned is the overview:
> grep -r "drawable" client/gui-gtk-3.0/
...
store.drawable = gdk_cairo_create(gtk_widget_get_window(overview_canvas));
