Follow-up Comment #2, bug #24075 (project freeciv):
I also remember that once we had similar bug that we fixed. In that case
transports and the destruction order of them and their cargo was involved.
Just wondering if what we see now could be that gold upkeep code has not been
aligned with the latest transport code changes.
