Err... This should have its own sound tag, not reusing "improvement solod"
event sound. As such, it causes change to soundset format (in addition to
client settings file format, which is a bit more acceptable as that file is
usually not transfered between computers), and does not belong to S2_5 branch
where formats have been frozen.
So this should be reverted from S2_5, and in S2_6 and TRUNK further changes
are needed (maybe in a new ticket)
