Follow-up Comment #1, bug #24147 (project freeciv):
1) This comes when realizing horizontal votebar (leaving out some elements, no
matter which ones, from the !split votebar in voteinfo_bar_new() makes the
warning go away)
2) It's probably related to the fact that I run this in a virtual machine in
quite small window -> screen width in the guest machine is quite low. As
there's hardcoded sizes in the voteinfo bar setup, it might just be that
there's no space for the votebar as defined.
