Details:
Testing running auth-enabled public server with -N (new users allowed) I
noticed from the logs that people have hard to time figuring out registration
as a new user. There was several people who had tried to make their first
login, resulting in "xxx was rejected: Too many wrong password verifies for
new user." until someone managed to run the game.
