Details:
Most of the time <windows.h> gets included to netfile.c via some dependency
header, but in my MSYS2 tests WIN32_NATIVE portions of the file have failed to
compile.
Untested patch for 2.5.2 attached.
Later branches, and even later S2_5 (patch #6533), will need bigger change.
