Details:
shared.c tries to include <direct.h> that does not exist.
Attached fix adds configure check and includes <direct.h> only if present.
This is TRUNK/S2_6 version, S2_5 version implementation depends on what we
decide to backport otherwise.
It would be needed for "_mkdir()", but it seems we get away with warning at
this time (needs to be properly fixed before we claim to support MSYS2)
