Details:
It's over a year since version number in TRUNK was increased, and I would be
surprised if new bump because of S3_0 branching would come within a year.
For getting at least about year-accurate view what's in a version reported as
"2.90.99" or "2.91.99" in future bugreports etc, let's bump the version number
to "2.91.99".
I hope also to control "development version internal" (between revisions)
savegame compatibility handling a bit based on this version bump.
