Details:
There's many tickets about Windows Networking updates. This ticket it about
deciding the big lines of which of the patches get backported to S2_5.
As a first step, I'm about to divide tickets to two or possibly three
categories:
- Bugfixes that make sense even outside the context of going for the full
update
- Patches related to the full networking update
The third category is there if the latter of those above can be sensibly
divided to
- Patches needed when using MSYS1 (or crosser - which seems to be the easiest
first case)
- Patches related to supporting also MSYS2 based builds
