Details:

The various "path.*" sprites added by patch #5233 are currently drawn with
fog.

Since the ones indicating turn steps and waypoints are essentially part of the
goto line, which isn't drawn fogged, neither should they be.

For some reason this only affects hex tilesets. I don't know why; maybe that's
normal?

(There's an argument that the goto turn numbers shouldn't be drawn fogged
either, but they always have been, so I haven't changed that.)
