Details:
dataio_json.[ch] duplicates default get_conv() stuff from dataio.[ch]. When
the callback is set, it affects raw protocol only.
Attached fix cleans out the duplicate implementation from dataio_json.[ch].
Also some other duplicate definitions are removed.
