It can't. It's neither of latest development format of S2_6 or TRUNK, nor is
it older stable format (such as final S2_5 format) that would get converted to
current format.
In TRUNK we currently have some support for converting savegame formats from
older development revisions (revisions since S2_6 was branched), but S2_6 has
no such support at all.
