Details:
Freeciv server built on MSYS2 environment does not take input at all. Building
with '--without-readline' makes it to work.
Our MSYS1 environment seems not to have readline at all (so has not used it
despite lack of explicit disabling)
I suspect that the combination of macros
SOCKET_ZERO_ISNT_STDIN and FREECIV_HAVE_READLINE
does not work at all, but as a quick fix, attached patch for S2_6 just
disables readline from there builds.
TRUNK version will follow, but meanwhile consider inspection period for this
S2_6 version to be running already.
