This is in ampliohexbig for 2.5, which calls it "tx.oil_rig". That seems as
good a name as any to standardise on.
Our hexemplio doesn't have it yet. It does have the unit activity icon in
unitextras.png, but doesn't give it a name (nor does Ampliohexbig).
("unit.oil_rig" would fit.)
